Dräger is an international leader in the fields of medical and safety technology. Located in Andover, MA, Dräger Medical Systems manufactures medical and safety technology products for hospitals, fire departments, emergency services, and mining authorities.
Dräger worked with Oberon Initiatives to replace the existing lights with energy efficient LEDs. A total of 1,500 lighting fixtures were replaced across the whole facility, consisting of production areas, warehouses, offices, and cafeteria. The upgrade to Oberon’s Energy Efficient LEDs will significantly reduce the lighting cost for Dräger Medical Systems with an estimated annual savings of $44,000. Oberon also assisted Dräger to secure generous rebates through the Mass Save Program, shortening the overall project payback period.
